Why does Japanese prime minister choose Banri Kaieda on Economic Industrial minister?
Kaieda said before, “It is not rich man who earn 15,000,000 yen. It is usually.”

However Kaieda is Economic Industrial minister, and Naoto Kan, who choose Kaieda, is Japanese prime minister.
